In February 2021, Allen started a series of podcast Q&A sessions with Haskayne School of Business Master of Management and Master of Business Administration students.   Such sessions have now included students from the faculty of Business and Communication Studies at Mount Royal University; the department of Computer Science at the University of Calgary; the faculty of Software Engineering at the Schulich School of Engineering. Finally, students (referred to as "Evolve Learners") from the full stack development program sponsored by InceptionU.

A total of 21 sessions have been recorded and released to 15 December 2021, involving 56 students and a number of industry professionals proficient in human resources, talent management, venture capital, software innovation, computer technology, startup accelerators, real estate development, real estate technology, digital media, digital marketing, oil and gas 3D well simulation, capital markets, health care, healthtech, traditional and social media, public relations and communications.
